Dried, fallen leaf sheaths are picked , carefully sorted and then thoroughly washed with pure water then moulded into plates / bowls of different shapes and sizes as required . Specialized sterilsation process ensures that the plates are totally germ free, hygienic & suitable for use. Eco Zen is totally free from any sort of chemical treatment whatsoever in its manufacture or thereafter , hence is 100% natural.

Apart from being elegant and hygienic are also easily disposable and pose no ecological or environmental hazards in usage or disposal stages. Eco Zen on natural biodegradation transform into natural manure or humus of the soil.

The constituents of the leaf sheaths are Cellulose-41 %; Crude fiber - 32 %, Ash - 6% and Moisture. From the manorial point of view, they contain N2-0.6 %;  P205-0.3 %  and  
K2O-1.0 %.

Please note: Eco Zen bio plates, though resistant to heat, should not be put on direct fire. Since these products are natural, their availability slightly varies in thickness, colour and texture. Cutting may vary marginally.
